fix(ui): 修改顶部导航栏和首页卡片英文为中文

- 'The Kinetic Vault' → '模拟所'
- 'Assets Detail' → '资产详情'
- 'NORMAL USER' → '普通用户'

确保所有顶部导航栏和首页卡片的文字都使用中文
